Dear Students,
Finally we have completed the Mini-Project 02 (with the presentations
and the SAP creation of the mini-bond).
I am very happy of the outcome and I have seen that the teams have
very good teamwork synergy.
I hope that you have had a very good learning experience from me
as our ERP journey is ending.
I will be seeing you all next week ya.

Contd: Mini-Project 02
Dear All
As someof us would have tried the hands-on in the SAP system we will realize that the design of your product's BOM need not be so big and comprises of too many parts.
Just a simple product will do and perhaps 3 level codes will be sufficient.
You may modify those that have submitted their Part 1 assignment.
Cheers

Mini-Project 02_ Part 2 (15%)
Dear Students
For this section Part 2 of the Mini-Project 02, you will need to complete the following (with reference to Part 1):
1. Give Part Number & Description to each of your component
2. Indicate the processes such as assembly or machining
3. and complete the "Material Master Data"
You may get more details on the "Material Master Data" from the following:
http://sapmmhelp.blogspot.com/2008/09/master-data-master-data-contains.html
and for the "MRP Group"
it is either the code 0040 (internally purchased) and 0010 (externally purchased).
You will need to decide frommyour BOM listing which items are internally or externally purchased.
Hope this helps.
